Here’s how to do it in three easy steps:

1. Appointment

Before making arrangements or scheduling a shoot, the parents and the debutant are invited to the studio to meet with the photographer. During the appointment, the debutant can express her preferences or special requests (if any) for the event. Previous work samples, albums, and gorgeous wall art will also be available for presentation (for reference).

Should the debutant be unable to attend a physical appointment, there is always the
option for a Zoom meeting with the same goal: to reach a mutual understanding
regarding the final preparations and outputs.

2. Agreement

After the appointment, the parent will receive a retainer agreement document containing the coverage of the services she wishes to avail of; this is subject to her review and signature.

3. Scheduling

Our team will confirm the booking, save the date, and mark our calendar upon receiving the reviewed and signed agreement document. That’s it! For questions, clarifications, or other concerns, feel free to send us a message through our contact form.
